Standard check in time: anytime after 14:00.
Standard check out time: anytime before 12:00.

You are booking the entire room when choosing single occupancy. You will be alone in the room.

Children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. No extra beds can be provided.

Payment is due in Russian Roubles. You can pay for your stay either upon arrival (no prepayment required) or book anв pay online and get % off the regular price.

Please note if booking 3 rooms or more, a prepayment is required. We will contact you to arrange prepayment after reservation is made.

Payment upon arrival is accepted in cash or credit / debit cards. All major cards are accepted.

Please note, when booking for high demand dates (for example, New Year), the administration reserves the right to contact you for making advance payments.

Early check in:

Early check in is possible if there are free rooms available by the moment of check in and is charged at the rate of 1/2 of the cost of the night. Check in earlier than 8:00 is charged of night cost. You are welcome to leave your luggage for free before check in.

Late check out:

Late check out before 18:00 would cost 1/2 of night price, after 18:00 full price. Please note you can leave your luggage at luggage room after checking out.

Animals are not allowed.

Reservation can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours or more before check in date. Please contact us via email in order to get a refund if prepayment is made.

Cancellation within less than 24 hours before check in date as well as no show to the hotel are subject to a hotel fee equal to the first night\'s rate.
